Managing Partner of GAS ENERGY LATIN AMERICA in Chile. He is an Civil Chemical Engineer in Concepcion University, Chile; he built his career in the Oil National Company ENAP, where he worked for 35 years. In the last 10 years of his career in ENAP he worked alternately as a Downstream Development Manager and as a Commercial Manager in charge of National Market and International commerce of crude and oil derived products. Since 2010 he works as a consultant and as a representative for several international companies in south America particularly of Axens and Prosernat, both branches of of the Oil French Institute specialized in oil refining technology and natural gas petro-chemistry and treatment respectively.
