Energy Analyst for GAS ENERGY LATIN AMERICA in Venezuela. Graduated as a Chemical Engineer from the Simon Bolívar University, specializing in Natural Gas Business Management and has a diploma in Process Engineering. He was an Analyst in the General Directorate of Petrochemicals, of the Ministry of Petroleum, who was in charge of the preparation and monitoring of public policies that govern petrochemicals in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, monitoring the activities of the petrochemical complexes existing in the national territory and responsible for the olefins and plastics business unit of the General Directorate of petrochemicals, monitoring and controlling said sector, from its preparation to its transformation into a finished product.
